Stop 2: Market food (local market visit) - Learn about: spices, vegetables, Ghanaian ingredients & cooking traditions Stop 3: Chop bar - Try: fufu, soup, banku, tilapia, goat, palm nut soup Stop 4: Street food - Kelewele. Grilled meat. Roasted plantain. Corn. Stop 5: Modern Ghana - Winding down contemporary Ghanaian cuisine. Add-on: Everyone gets a Ghana Food Passport. Every location you visit gets you a digital stamp. After five food experiences, you receive the OES Food Explorer badge.
